At AI Art Shop, we want you to be completely captivated by your new home decor. If your piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard prints and canvases.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the artwork back in its original protective sleeve and shipping tube or box to ensure it remains free of creases or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the returned piece for quality, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
